Steps

Step 1 - do not stress
Step 2 - start sleeping
Step 3 - breathe deeply
Step 4 - let out anger on non-living things
Step 5 - there will be boredom
Step 6 - enjoy anything you can - dreams , walking etc.

Step 7 - hope for the embrace one day
